摘  要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司钢渣热闷处理工艺技术,对热闷工艺中存在的渣温高、粘度低、喷水控制不准确、蒸汽排除困难等问题,提出了降低出钢温度、转炉渣改质、合理的喷水制度等措施,解决了转炉渣再利用的问题。The hot disintegration process for treating converter slag in Bayuquan Iron and Steel Subsidiary Company of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. is introduced. By using the existing process there exist some troubles such as the elevated temperature and low viscosity of the slag, inaccurate control of water spray and difficulty in removing steam. For shooting these troubles some corresponding concrete measures such as lowering tapping temperature, modifying converter slag, applying the suitable water-spraying procedures are proposed and the quality of therefore the problem on recycling the converter slag is solved.
