摘  要:介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司260 t钢水罐使用长寿化技术及应用实践。根据钢水罐使用条件,通过对其各部位耐材材质的优化选择、砖型的合理设计及砌筑方案的优化等多方面研究,制定出一整套安全、经济、合理的钢水罐耐材砖型及砌筑方案,使钢水罐各部位耐材寿命同步,实现了钢水罐使用45次更换一次罐底和渣线,平均使用寿命达80次以上,提高了钢水罐的使用安全性和使用寿命。The long service technique and in Bayuquan Iron & Steel Subsidiary of Angang practical operation of the ladle for 260 t converter Steel Co.,Ltd. are introduced. A package of comprehensive solution for determining the type of refractory bricks and the plan for building the lining of the ladle with the bricks is established, which is safe, economical and suitable through selecting refractory matierials to be used in all positions of the ladle, suitbly designing the brick type and optimizing the plan for building the lining of the ladle according to the service conditions of the ladle. And therefore the said solution can ensure all different refractory bricks used by the ladle to have nearly the same service life so that the bottom lining and slag line of the ladle can be repalced only one time after they are operated 45 heats and further more the average service life of refractories in all positions of the ladle can be above 80 heats. So safe operation of the ladle is guaranteed and the service life of the ladle is prolonged.
