摘　　要：作为区域经济发展的领头模式,产业集群经济现象备受学界和政府瞩目,对其生成机制和发展路径的研究是十分必要的。以人力资本理论为视角进行研究,能够更准确地认识和理解产业集群演化和发展机理,把握其运行规律。说明人力资本对产业集群演化和创新的决定作用,对于我国产业集群的发展和升级具有积极的指导意义。必须充分发挥人力资本效应,推出一系列基于此的产业创新策略,促进产业集群的可持续发展。As the lead mode of regional economic development,industrial clusters attracted more attention from theory horizon and government.It is very necessary to do a research on generative mechanism and development path of industrial clusters.The studies based on the human capital theory,can help to recognize and understand the appearance of industrial clusters and its development mechanism more accurately,and hold its running rules.To declare the decision action of human capital on the evolution of industrial clusters and innovation,should have positive guiding significance to the development of industrial clusters and the upgrade of our country.We must give full play to the effect of human capital,to launch a series of industrial innovation strategies,to promote the sustainable development of industrial clusters.
