摘　　要：目的通过检查和复检调查分析广西血液净化治疗现状,总结广西血液净化事业现存的4个问题,并针对性提出相应的对策,包括:充分行使血液净化治疗质量控制中心职责,强化血液透析从业人员的院感防控意识和执行力;强化血液净化从业人员的专业技术培训;完善各医院血液透析室基本设备、设施建设以符合准入标准;督促各医院透析液及透析用水的各项质量检测的严格执行及结果的达标和可溯源。最终达到保证血液净化治疗质量,提高血液净化治疗水平,促进广西血液净化治疗事业健康发展之目的。To understand and summarize the current status of blood purification and the problems existed in four aspects by examining and re-examining the blood purification rooms in all hospitals. Some countermeasures were put forward, including exercising the responsibilities of the quality control of blood purification therapy fully, strengthening the awareness of prevention and the execution force in the employment, strengthening blood purification professional and technical training of employees, improving basic equipment and facilities of blood purification rooms in hospitals to meet the access standards, urging the strict implementation of quality testing of dialysis fluid and dialysis water in all hospitals, the compliance and traceability of results. The aim of all the measures above is to increase the level of blood purification treatment, and promote the development of blood purification in Guangxi.
