他汀类对缺血再灌注心肌保护作用的研究进展

摘　　要：他汀类药物是目前临床上广泛使用的调脂药,近年来它的非调脂作用日益引起人们的重视。大量的动物实验和临床研究都证实了其除了可以降低血浆胆固醇水平,进而降低心血管疾病的发生率及致死率外,还具有改善内皮功能、抗炎、稳定斑块、抗血小板聚集、抑制血管平滑肌细胞的增殖及迁移等,这些非降脂作用即为他汀类药物的多效性(Pleiotropic effects)。研究他汀类药物的作用机制,合理地应用他汀类药物,可以更好地防治缺血再灌注损伤。Statins is commonly used to decrease cholesterol in clinic, while its other effects are attracting more and more attention recently. A variety of clinical researches and animal experiments showed that statins can not only reduce the levels of serum cholesterol, thereby reducing the incidence and mortality of cardioascular disease, but also can improve the endothelial function, anti-inflammatory, stabilizae atherosclerotic plaque, inhibit platelet aggregation, and decrease vascular smooth muscle cell migration and proliferation etc. And their non-lowing cholesterol ef- fects are statins＇ pleiotropic effects. Studying the mechanism of statins and using statins reasonably can prevent ischemia-reperfusion injury.
