PCPA饮食干预模式对社区老年糖尿病患者知识知晓及依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨PCPA模式的饮食干预对社区老年糖尿病患者知识及饮食控制依从性的影响。方法采用糖尿病饮食疗法相关知识及饮食控制依从性调查表对银川市2个社区的106例老年糖尿病患者进行调查,并以社区为基础随机分为对照组(52例)和干预组(54例)。对照组患者不进行任何形式的干预,干预组患者实施PCPA模式的社区饮食干预策略,并于半年后进行效果评价。结果干预后干预组的饮食疗法相关知识得分(14.10±3.96分vs 10.85±4.09分,P<0.05)和饮食控制依从性得分(59.69±8.74分vs 53.76±8.51分,P<0.05)明显高于对照组。干预后干预组患者糖尿病饮食疗法相关知识掌握程度好的所占比例与对照组相比明显增加(P<0.05),并且干预组饮食控制依从性好的所占比例与对照组相比明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 PCPA理论指导下的社区饮食干预能够有效增加患者的糖尿病相关知识,提高患者饮食控制的依从性。Objective To explore the effects of PCPA model＇s diet intervention on knowledge and compliance in aged patients with Diabetes mellitus in urban areas.Methods Dietary knowledge and compliance were investigated among 106 elderly diabetic patients in two communities of Yinchuan city.The research subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group on base of community.Tntervention group received the PCPA model＇s diet intervention while control group did not take any form of intervention.After the intervention,the effects were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the intervention group＇s score of diet-related knowledge（14.10±3.96min vs.10.85±4.09min,P0.05） and diet compliance（59.69±8.74min vs.53.76±8.51min,P0.05） were significantly higher than those of control group;the proportion of diet-related knowledge those who had a good degree significantly increased compared with the control group（P0.05）,and the proportion of compliance those who had a good degree in intervention group was more than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Dietary intervention under the guidance of PCPA theory could effectively increase knowledge on diabetes and improve compliance on diet control.
