摘　　要：根据流域或区域水资源系统特征和过程,提炼出真实和合理的水资源概化系统,建立科学适用的水资源配置数学模型,按照制定的运行规则和配置方案,提出水资源具体的配置结果,为流域或区域水资源可持续利用及管理提供依据。The water resources configuration is the hard-core of the water resources comprehensive plan. Different characters and processes of the river basins or regional water resources systems have been generalized into the real and rational water resources schemes. The configuration mathematical model has been established and the planned operation rules and the configuration schemes have been targeted in the calculation. Finally the specific configuration results have been figured out. This can be examples of good ref- erence for the basin and regional water resources sustainable development and management.
