摘　　要：专业图书馆不仅是我国图书馆事业的重要组成部分,也是发展社会主义文化不可或缺的部分。目前,专业图书馆人员素质不高、人才流失严重、引进人才困难等因素阻碍了专业图书馆的发展,因此,我们要通过以下几方面加强专业图书馆人才队伍建设:一是用好现有人才,为人才成长创造良好环境;二是开展继续教育,培养高素质人才;三是适当放宽学历要求,降低人才引进门槛;四是坚持科学用人的管理理念,搭建人才发展平台;五是鼓励知识创新,建立图书馆与科研部门合作机制;六是建立激励机制,搭建人才竞争平台。The Specialized library is not only an important component of our library undertaking and also an indispensable factor for development of socialist culture.At Present,there are some obstacles to development of the libraries.It is, therefore, necessary to make proper use of available personnel creating for them a sound environment, carry out continuing education training high-quality personnel, relax the education background requirement lowering the threshold for introducing talent,adhere to the management idea of scientific use of personnel building a platform for the talent growing, encourage innovation in knowledge settling up the mechanism of the cooperation between the library and scientific research departments, establish a incentive mechanism encouraging competition.
