摘　　要：7E04合金铸造成型难度大,易产生裂纹等严重缺陷。本文从合金成分的优化、熔炼技术的研究、铸造工艺参数摸索等方面入手,分析确定能够熔铸出合格7E04合金铸锭的最佳工艺参数。并从化学成分偏析、高倍组织、机械性能分析等方面与7A04合金(与7E04合金类似)分别进行对比,最终确定7E04合金相对于7A04合金性能的差异。The optimum process parameters of 7E04 ingot were determined in the view of composition optimization,melting casting process and casting parameters.A comparison between 7E04 alloy and 7A04 alloy was carried out from the aspects of chemical composition segregation,macrostructure and mechanical property,and the performance difference was clarified as well.
