阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:比较阿立哌唑与利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者的疗效和不良反应。方法:将符合入组条件的60例患者随机分成阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,分别口服阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗,观察8周。于治疗后2、4、8周末用阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗8周后,两组患者PANSS评分均明显下降(P<0.01)。阿立哌唑组痊愈率为46.7%、有效率为90.0%,利培酮组痊愈率为46.7%、有效率为93.3%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应主要表现为锥体外系反应(EPS)、恶心呕吐、心电图异常、失眠、体重增加、月经紊乱等方面,其中阿立哌唑引发的锥体外系反应、体重增加、月经紊乱明显少于利培酮(P<0.01)。结论:阿立哌唑和利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者疗效相当,阿立哌唑在EPS、体重增加和月经紊乱等方面的反应少于利培酮。Objective： To compare the therapeutic efficacy and adverse events of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treat- ment of schizophrenia in female patients. Methods： 60 patients that met inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to 2 groups of aripiprazole and risperidone treatment for 8 weeks. Therapeutic efficacy and adverse events were assessed with positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS） and treatment emergent symptom scale （TESS） 2, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. Results： After 8 weeks of treatment, PANSS scores were significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. Cure rate and efficiency rate were 46.7% and 90.0% respectively in the aripiprazole group and were 46.7% and 93.3% in the risperidone group, and the difference was not statistically significant （P＇~0.05）. Adverse reactions in the two groups were mainly extrapyramidal （EPS）, nausea, vomiLting, abnormal electrocardiogram, insomnia, weight gain and menstrual disorders, etc., which aripipra- zole induced extrapyramidal reactions, weight gain and menstrual disorders were significantly less than that induced by risperidone （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The curative effect of aripiprazole and risperidone were similar in the treatment of fe- male schizophrenia, while EPS, weight gain and menstrual disorders were less in the aripiprazole group than in risperidone group.
