摘　　要：后新公共管理的理念与服务型政府的理念不谋而合,本文通过分析中国基层服务型政府构建过程中存在的问题,提出应借鉴后新公共管理理论来构建服务型基层政府,从而提高基层政府的生产力。The key idea of post-new public management and service-oriented government is common,the text proposes that we should mirror the view of post-new public management to resolve some problems and structure the primary service-oriented government and improve the government＇s productivity.
