摘　　要：采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,基于"双子模型"理论全面详细的诠释优秀排球运动员技战术能力的发展趋势。一名优秀的排球运动员要有全优的体能、精湛全面的技术、灵活运用的战术能力、超常的心理素质和高超的心理技能、准确的观察能力和敏捷的思维能力。Using the method of literature and logical analysis to comprehensively and detailedly interpret the development of excellent volleyball player＇s technique ahd tactics in Terms of Gemini Model：a volleyball athelete should have general excellent physical abilities、exquisite comprehensive technical、the ability of a flexible use of tactics 、superior psychological quality and excellent mental skills、the ability of accurate observation and agility think.
