体育专业大学生就业能力结构探析

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对体育专业大学生就业能力结构进行了理论建构,在获得就业能力的理论建构后,据此并参考相关量表,编制了体育专业大学生就业能力自评量表问卷,对影响体育专业大学生就业能力的相关因子进行分析,构建了职业形象品质、职业核心能力、职业基本技能三个维度,26个变量因子的就业能力结构体系,为体育专业大学生的学习和就业提供参考。In this paper a semi-open questionnaire investigation,on the basis of investigation and reference of the theory and the sports specialized college students employment ability structure theory,in obtain employment ability theory,researchers accordingly and reference to the relevant scale,preparation of PE majors checklist questionnaire,on the impact of Sport Majors related factor analysis,construct occupation image quality,core competence,occupation occupation of basic skills in three dimensions,26 variable factor employment ability structure system,for college students majoring in physical education study,job reference.
