摘  要:改进了传统光杠杆测微位移的原理,提出了光杠杆多级放大的理念,解释了多级光杠杆的放大原理及得到了多级光杠杆的放大倍数,多级光杠杆可极大提高了微小形变的放大倍数,并得到了测量前光杠杆反射镜与调节反射镜不平行而有微小偏移与入射光线与调节反射镜不垂直,均不会影响多级光杠杆放大倍数的结论。Traditional optical lever measurement of the micro-deformation principle were improved,and the conception of multilevel optical lever magnification were suggested,meanwhile the magnify principle and of Multilevel Optical Lever multiplying factor were given,result show that the Multilevel Optical Lever can improve the multiplying factor of the tiny length,besides unparallelism between Optical Lever illuminator and the adjust illuminator before measurement and the out of the vertical between incident light and adjust illuminator can not affect the multiplying factor of the Multilevel Optical Lever.
