人胚肾上腺皮质细胞培养及临床应用

摘　　要：人胚肾上腺皮质细胞通过短期培养,细胞生长良好,电镜下见具有典型的分泌类固醇激素结构肾上腺皮质细胞,多次更换后的营养液,用放免法仍可测出高浓度的肾上腺皮质激素,将这些细胞移植给慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退患者。移植后3周,患者症状和体征有明显变化,血压恢复正常,疲乏消失,体重增加,尿17-OH为31.65μmol/24h、血F1Am为264.9nmol/L,8 Am为347.76nmol/L,恢复了周日节律变化。增加的皮肤色素沉着有明显消退。提示有较好的实验及临床效果。Fetal adrenocortieal cells were cultured for about 1 - 2 weeks.the cells grew well and possessing the characteristics of steroid syntnesizingand secreting, were then transplanted to the patient with adrenocotical insuffi-ciency. Three weeks later, the symptoms and signs of the patient underwentobvious changes. His blood pressure was reverted to normal, his bodies weightincreased, and his sense of fatigue and weakness disappeared. urine. 17-OHwas 36. 76 nmol/24; plasma cortical level was 264.9 nmol/L at 1 Am and347. 76nmol/ of 8 Am; Cireadiam rhythm reeovered; Hyperpigmentation obvi-usly subsided. It is suggested that such cell culture has better laboratory andclinical effect.
