农八师石河子市农业产业化龙头企业发展问题研究

摘　　要：农业产业化是我国农业发展的必然选择,发展农业产业化龙头企业是促进农业产业化的重要途径。近年来,石河子市农业产业化龙头企业不断发展壮大,推动了石河子市农业产业化发展进程。该文通过调查分析,发现它们在发展过程中存在着原料基地不稳定、整体效益偏低、知名品牌较少、产品附加值低等问题,提出提高产业集中度、延伸产业链、强化利益联结、打造西部农垦文化品牌、加大科技投入等措施,以促进石河子市农业产业化龙头企业健康、持续发展。Agricultural industrialization is the inevitable trend of agricultural development in china,and developing leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization is a major mean of accelerating agricultural industrialization.Recently,leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are growing steadily in Shihezi,carrying forward agricultural industrialization in Shihezi.Analyzing through investigation,the paper presents some problems,including unstable raw material bases,holistic low benefits,lack of well-known brands,low added value and so on.To conclude,the paper suggests that the industrialization concentration be intensified,industrial chain be extended,benefit connection be strengthened,western farming brand be fostered,and investment in science and technology be increased in order to promote the sound and sustainable development of leading enterprises in Shihezi.
