摘　　要：执政党的执政基础是关系到一个执政党能否长期执政的关键所在。翻开国外政党史,既有由于执政党的执政基础建设不牢带来的深刻教训,也有成功执政党关于执政基础建设的先进经验和有益做法。借鉴国外执政党关于执政基础的建设,对我国执政党的执政基础建设大有裨益。The ruling Party＇s administrative foundation is crucial to the point whether the Party has a long - term ruling. Reading through the history of foreign ruling Parties, it is not difficult to have observed the profound lessons from unconsolidated ruling Parties as well as lots of advanced experiences and effective ways from successful ones. It will be beneficial for CPC＇s consolidation of administrative foundation to take references from that of foreign ruling Parties.
