摘　　要：香港问题的解决是英国从香港殖民撤退的过程。在此过程中,英国先后提出了"续订和延长条约"、"以主权换治权"、"争取香港最大程度的自治"等方案和模式。英国解决香港问题的模式是权衡各种方案的利益得失所采取的结果,是根据形势变化不断改变政策来满足其殖民利益最大化。Solving the Hong Kong＇s issue was the process of British colonial withdrawal from Hong Kong. In this process, the United Kingdom has proposed such programs and models as renewal and extension of the treaties, exchanging sovereignty for the right to rule, striving for the greatest degree of autonomy for Hong Kong, etc. , which are the results of weighting the pros and the cons of various programs of interests, and adjusting its policies according to the change of the situation to meet its maximized colonial interests.
