摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定康乐鼻炎片中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠(含0.1%磷酸)(50∶50)为流动相;柱温:25℃;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:262 nm。结果马来酸氯苯那敏在5.105～51.05μg.mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,检测限为1.532ng。结论本法简便、准确,可用于康乐鼻炎片的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorphenamine maleate in Kangle Biyan Tablets. Methods Cls column was adopted with acetonitrile - 0.5% sodium lauryl sulfate （ containing 0.1% phosphoric acid ） （ 50：50 ） as mobile phase, the column temperature was 25℃ , the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^- 1 and the detection wavelength was 262 nm. Results The chlorphenamine maleate showed good linearity at the range of 5. 105 -51.05 pμg · mL^-l. The detection limit was 1. 532 ng. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Kangle Biyan Tablets.
