摘　　要：按照两部制取费的构成和计算方法,结合廊坊开发区热力供应中心第五供热站的实际数据计算得出基础热费和计量热费。Preparation of two charges in accordance with the composition and calculation methods,combined with heat supply center in Langfang Development Zone,the fifth heating station is calculated based on actual data and measurement of thermal heat fee charges.
