摘　　要：目的观察益肾灵颗粒联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗少弱精子症的疗效。方法对30例少弱精子症患者给予益肾灵颗粒和复方玄驹胶囊口服,4周为1个疗程,共治疗12周。结果治疗后,显效10例,有效15例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%。结论益肾灵颗粒联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗少弱精子症疗效较好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenling particles combined with compound Xuan- ju capsule on oligospermatism. Methods 30 patients with oligospermatism were treated with Yishenling particles combined with compound Xuanju capsule orally for 12 weeks （4 weeks were considered as a treatment period）. Results Of the 30 patients, there were 10 cases of prominent effect, 15 cases of effect and 5 cases without effect, and the total effective rate was 83.3%. Conclusion The combined use of Yishenling particles and compound Xuanju capsule has significant effect on oligospermism.
