摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下经口鼻联合进路行小儿腺样体切除术时对腺样体切除范围及术中创面止血处理方法。方法:回顾性分析2009年2月～2011年6月我院开展的鼻内窥镜下经口鼻联合进路行小儿腺样体切除术68例。结果:随访12个月,打鼾、呼吸费力、鼻阻塞症状消失58例。结论:鼻内窥镜下经口鼻联合进路腺样体切除术,手术切除范围确切,术中止血确切,临床疗效满意。Objective：To discuss the surgical area and the hemostatic measures in transoral and transnasal pediatric adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope. Methods：58 cases of transoral and transnasal pediatric adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope from February 2009 to June 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results：Followed for 12 months ,58 children~ snoring, breathing arduous and nasal obstruction symptoms disappeared. Con clusion：The clinical efficacy of transoral and transnasal pediatric adenoidectomy under nasal endoscope were satisfactory, it has exact surgical area, and can really stop bleeding.
