摘  要:目的研究不同年龄段儿童呼吸道感染EB病毒(EBV)IgM抗体与病毒DNA的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测1062例患儿的血清标本中的EBV-IgM,同时用荧光探针PCR法检测患儿咽拭子标本中的EBV-DNA,对不同年龄段结果利用软件SPSS11.5进行χ2检验分析。结果 1062例患儿EBV-DNA阳性率为46.61%,EBV-IgM阳性率6.78%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);EBV-DNA各年龄段分组检测中,阳性率分别为21.05%、40.91%、65.71%、50.00%,≤1岁的低龄患儿阳性率最低(21.05%),与其他组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同年龄段的儿童由于免疫系统发育处于不同阶段,对EB病毒的免疫应答可能存在差异。Objective To research the correlation between Epstein Barr-Virus(EBV)-IgM and DNA in children at different ages with respiratory infection of EBV.Methods Serum samples of 1 062 children with respiratory infection were detected for EBV-IgM by ELISA, and throat swabs samples were detected for EBV-DNA by PCR at the same time. Detection results of child patients at different ages were statistically analyzed.Results In the 1 062 cases of child patients, the EBV-DNA positive rate was 46.61%, and EBV-IgM positive rate was 6.78%, and there was statistical difference between them (P〈0.01). For child patents at different ages, the EBV-DNA positive rates were 21.05%, 40.91%, 65.71% and 50.00%, and the positive rate for children equal or less than 1 year old was the lowest among all research groups (P〈0.05).Conclusion Due to the different development stages of immune system among children at different ages, there might be difference in immune response against EBV.
