摘 要:通过对某高压电机装配车间进行实测,研究了空调风量对恒温恒湿车间工作区空气温湿度均匀性的影响;并与对空调冷负荷的分析相结合,进一步明确影响室内空气湿度最重要的因素是新风,影响室内空气温度最重要的因素是厂房内的工艺设备的散热量;根据高压电机生产车间的低湿环境要求,综合考虑技术性和经济性,对空调湿负荷的处理方式进行了优化研究,提出冷却除湿+转轮除湿复合除湿系统是能够达到此要求的最优化方法。According to the test of a high voltage motor assembly shop,the effects of air volume on the uniformity of air temperature and humidity in working area of constant temperature and humidity workshop are studied.By combining the analysis on air conditioning cooling load,it further clarifies that fresh air is the most important factor influencing indoor air humidity,and that the heat dissipating capacity of process equipment in workshop is the most important factor influencing indoor air temperature.The treatment methods of humidity load in air conditioning system are studied optimally,based on low humidity environmental requirement of high voltage motor workshop,and with comprehensive consideration of economy and technique.An optimization method,hybrid dehumidification process air conditioning system of cooling combined desiccant wheel dehumidification,is proposed to fully meet the requirements.
