摘　　要：首次提出在地球危机背景下审视建筑节能的重要性。建筑节能在我国现阶段正处于发展瓶颈期。深入推进建筑节能工作,增强全社会开展建筑节能工作的主动性和自觉性,必须全面理解建筑节能的时代背景以及现实意义。结合我国建筑节能工作现状,重新挖掘了建筑节能在地球危机中扮演的角色,为深入认识建筑节能提供了一个新视角,并得出了"缓解地球危机,促进人类可持续发展,必须大力推进建筑节能"的重要结论。Reviewing building energy efficiency in the background of earth crisis was first raised.Building energy efficiency is experiencing difficulties at this stage.It is necessary to understand the historical background as well as practical significance of building energy-saving when promoting the building energy efficiency and enhancing consciousness and initiative of the whole community in building energy efficiency.With the present situation of domestic building energy efficiency,the role of building energy efficiency in earth crisis is proposed,providing a new perspective for understanding of building energy efficiency in-depth.The crucial conclusion was obtained as that ＂easing the global crisis and maintaining the sustainable development of human,we must vigorously promote building energy efficiency＂.
