摘 要:油船装船时烃类气体的蒸发损耗及其对环境的影响逐渐引起人们的重视,而目前油品码头环评阶段,大气环境评价仅仅是定性分析,并没有进行定量预测。本文就油品码头大气环境影响评价中污染源强的估算、评价标准的确定以及预测情景假设等进行了探讨,并以福建省泉州市泉港区鲤鱼尾作业区8#泊位3000T级成品油码头为例,通过模式预测定量地分析油船装船损耗对港区及周边环境敏感目标的影响,提出合理的规划布局建议。More and more attention is being paid to the hydrocarbon gas emission and its effect on environment during oil loading and unloading process. However, at present, in the atmospheric environment impact assessment of oil dock, the qualitative analysis was carried out together with a quantitative prediction. This article discusses the intensity of the pollution source, the identification of the evaluation standards and the scenarios of prediction. It takes a 3000T oil terminal as an example, which is located at the 8# Berth of Liyuwei Task Region of Quangang Bay in Quanzhou City of Fujian. Based on the mode predictions, the quantitative analysis has been conducted for asses- sing the effect of hydrocarbon gas emission during oil loading on harbour district and the neighboring environmental sensiiive objectives. A reasonable planning layout has been proposed.
