摘　　要：在减缓气候变化的城市转型背景下,对国内外面向低碳的城市规划与设计的理论与实践研究作出概述,并从研究过程的阶段特征、研究领域的层次结构、研究范畴的横向划分、研究方法的技术支撑以及城市实践的发展表征等五方面得到初步结论,为进一步的理论探讨和实践操作提供参考。In the context of urban transformation to mitigate climate change,overview of domestic and international theory and practice research for low-carbon urban planning and design is made,and preliminary conclusions are proposed about phase characteristics of research process,structure of research field,horizontal division of research areas,technical support for research methods,developmental characterization of urban practice,in order to provide a reference to further theoretical and practical operations.
