摘　　要：结合野外采样和使用WinDENDROTM树轮图像分析系统的经验,将树木年轮灰度资料的获取分为野外采样、样本预处理、获取树轮灰度资料、数据格式转换、存储树轮灰度资料、交叉定年、建立树轮灰度年表、气候分析等8个步骤,并对其中的各个环节及质量控制进行了阐述。目的在于为日后开展的树轮灰度资料获取工作提供参考。Dendroclimatology is one of the important methods for examining the past global climate changes and the tree-ring data was widely used as an important archive in paleoclimatic research because of its precise dating, annual resolution, and high correlations with instrumental meteorological data. In recent years, with the development of the technique, tree-ring gray values which are the alternative data of tree-ring density are used in dendroclimatologic research. So far there are some studies which rely on the data of tree-ring gray value being carried out. The studies about the methods and procedures of tree-ring gray value acquisition are limited and need to be improved. In this paper, the process of tree-ring gray value acquisition can be divided into eight steps. Furthermore, the details and quality control of every part are also mentioned. It would provide reference for tree-ring gray value data acquisition.
