摘  要:目的探讨游戏疗法在儿童语言发育迟缓训练中的疗效,为儿童语言发育迟缓患者的康复治疗提供训练方法和临床依据。方法选择30例语言发育迟缓患儿,针对其语言发育状况进行评定;对30例语言发育迟缓患儿进行游戏疗法,包括交流训练、理解力训练、表达训练、操作性课题训练、家庭训练,每天2次,每次20~30 min,每次2~3个课题,每周5~6 d,12周为一疗程,3个月后评定疗效。评定方法应用中国康复研究中心研制的汉语版S-S语言发育迟缓评定法。结果 30例语言发育迟缓患儿经游戏形式的语言训练后,理解、表达及操作性课题与训练前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将训练以游戏形式进行,很容易被患儿接受。游戏疗法能有效改善语言发育迟缓患儿的语言功能。Objective To explore the efficacy of play therapy on children linguistic retardation so as to provide the training method and clinical evidence of the rehabilitation for the children with linguistic retardation.Methods 30 cases of children linguistic retardation were selected for the language development assessment.The play therapy was applied to 30 cases of children linguistic retardation,including communication training,comprehension training,expression training,operability subject training and family training,twice a day,20 to 30min and 2 to 3 subjects each time,5 to 6 days each week.12 weeks of treatment made one session.The efficacy was assessed in 3 months.The S-S linguistic retardation assessment of Chinese version developed by China Rehabilitation Research Center was adopted.Results The statistical significant differences presented in comprehension,expression and operability subject after play therapy as compared with those before training for 30 cases of children linguistic retardation(P0.05).Conclusion The play-style training can be much easily accepted by the children.The play therapy can effectively improve the language function for the children with linguistic retardation.
