摘 要:结合云驾岭矿12802工作面"三软"岩层的现状,根据从采空区到相邻煤体形成的稳定区、减压区和增压区的应力分布规律及关键层理论,采用ZKD型高水速凝材料构筑充填体,将充填体布置于减压区内,尽量使其承受较小的压力,以达到护巷的效果。结果表明:高水速凝材料具有早期和最终强度高、增阻速度快等优良性能;所构筑的充填体具有足够的承载能力和良好的可缩性,使充填体与顶底板岩层形成一个完整的支承结构体,并有效地减少了巷道的顶板下沉量。Aiming at the characteristic of soft coal seam with soft roof and soft floor in No. 12802 workface in Yunjialing Coal Mine, and according to the laws of stress distribution of stable zone, decompressing zone and pressurizing zone from the gob to its adjacent coal body and the key strata theory, this paper uses ZKD high-water rapid hardening material to construct filling body, which is arranged in decompressing area to make it bear less pressure as far as possible to achieve the best result of supporting the roadway. The results show: high-water rapid hardening material possesses the advantages of high strength and quick increasing resistance~ the filling body has enough bearing capacity and good retractility to make the filling body and rocks of the roof and the floor form a complete supporting structure, and effectively decrease the subsidence of the roadway roof.
