摘　　要：介绍了一种新型高效煤泥浮选捕收剂EC-9800,通过其实验室浮选实验结果与常规浮选药剂的实验结果的对比表明,EC-9800具有选择性好、分选效率高、节约药量的特点。与煤油相比,在精煤灰分相同的条件下,可节省用药50%以上。这种高浮选精煤产率与低选煤药耗的联合作用,将给选煤厂带来可观的经济效益。A new high-efficient collector, EC-9800, was introduced in this paper. The flotation results showed that the collector EC-9800 is characteristic of good selectivity, high separation efficiency and reducing reagent dosage. By comparison with kerosene, over 50 % of EC-9800 could be saved for the same ash content of the float coal. The high coal productivity by flotation and the low reagent cost could bring considerable economic benefits to a coal preparation plant.
