摘 要:用机械共混法制备电性能优良的丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/石墨导电复合材料。研究了石墨含量、偶联剂对复合材料电导率和拉伸强度的影响。同时,使用扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的微观特征进行了分析,石墨粒子相互接触形成导电通路。高阻仪和万用表测试分析得出:石墨在ABS中的逾渗滤值约为35%。电子万能试验机测试分析出石墨含量为30%左右时,复合材料拉伸强度最大可达39.1 MPa。The( Acrylonitrile- Butadiene- Styrene)ABS/graphite conductive composites which had excellent electrical properties was prepared by the method of mechanical blending. This research investigated the content of graphite and coupling agent on the influence of electrical conductivity and tensile strength of conductive composites. In the meantime, the microstructure of conductive composites was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), graphite contact each others to form the conductive channels. Then the results were obtained that the percolation threshold of graphite in the ABS matrix was about 35% with digital high resistance meter and digital nlultimeter. The results of tensile test showed that the tensile strength of composite material was the highest which can be reached 39. 1 MPa when the graphite content is 30%.
