摘 要:将偏最小二乘法(PLS)用于分光光度分析,建立了同时测定酸枣仁皂苷A和B的方法。确定了测定的最佳波长范围为576~632 nm;测得16个混合标样的吸光度值用于建立模型。在模拟样品的测定中,酸枣仁皂苷A和B的平均回收率分别为85.54%和87.26%;相对标准差分别为4.46%和3.47%;将此模型用于样品的测定,酸枣仁皂苷A和B的平均加标回收率分别为88.12%和89.23%。该方法具有操作简便,分析速度快等优点,可用于酸枣仁样品中两组分的测定。Combined the partial least square method (PLS) with spectrophotometry, the assay to determine jujubosides A and B simultaneously has been developed. The range of the optimum wavelength was from 576 nm to 632 nm. The model was constructed by use of the absorbanees of 16 standard mixtures, in which the average recoveries of jujubosides A and B in the simulated samples were 85.54 % and 87.26 % , and the RSDs were 4. 46 % and 3.47 %. The recoveries ofjujubosides A and B of spiked samples were 88.12% and 89. 23% respectively with the constructed model. This method is simple and rapid in operation, and can be applied to determine jujubosides A and B in zizyphi spinosi semen.
