中间偃麦草生长锥分化过程的观察

摘　　要：观察了中间偃麦草生长锥分化和发育的过程,结果表明:中间偃麦草生长锥分化过程分为8个时期:初生期、伸长期、结节期、小穗突起期、颖片突起期、小花突起期、雌雄蕊形成期和抽穗始期。中间偃麦草生长锥的分化具有很强的规律性:在整个穗上,中上部的小穗最先发育,然后逐渐向上、下发育,基部的小穗最后发育;在每一小穗上,基部的小花最先发育,然后由基部向上逐渐发育。This study reported stem tip growing-tip differentiation and development of Elytrigia intermedia.Results indicated that the stem tip growing-tip differentiation of Elytrigia intermedia was a consecutive process divided into eight stages：vegetative stage,elongation stage,single ridge stage,spikelet protuberances stage,glume protuberances stage,floret differentiation stage,gynoecium and stamen initiation and heading stages.The growing-tip differentiation of Elytrigia intermedia had very obvious regularity：On the whole spike,the middle and upper parts of the spikelet developed first and then followed,in turn,both top and base.The base spikelet developed last.On the single spikelet,the base part of the floret developed first,and then base up gradually.
