济南某校初中生网络成瘾现状及其相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨初中生网络成瘾现状及网络成瘾与父母养育方式、心理健康状况的关系,为网络成瘾干预提供依据。方法采用中学生网络成瘾诊断量表(IADDS)、父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)、症状自评量表(SCL-90),对整群抽取的济南市某中学2 383名初中生进行问卷调查。结果初中生网络成瘾检出率为7.9%,男生高于女生(P<0.01),自制力差组高于自制力强组(P<0.01)。成瘾组与非成瘾组父亲情感温暖理解、惩罚严厉、过分干涉、拒绝否认、过度保护及母亲情感温暖理解、过干涉过保护、拒绝否认、惩罚严厉差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);成瘾组症状自评量表(SCL-90)各维度均显著高于非成瘾组(P值均<0.01)。成瘾总分与父母养育方式多个因子分及SCL-90各维度呈显著相关(P值均<0.01)。网络成瘾影响因素有敌对、父亲拒绝否认、偏执、躯体化、强迫症状、母亲惩罚严厉(P值均<0.01)。结论网络成瘾初中生的父母养育方式存在问题。初中生网络成瘾者心理健康状况较差,自我控制能力较差。Objective To investigate the prevalence of Internet Addiction Disorder（IAD） in junior middle school and to explore the relationship of it with parental rearing styles and the state of mental health.Methods A total of 2 383 junior middle school students from Jinan were assessed with Internet Addiction Disorder Diagnostic Scale（IADDS）,Egma Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran（EMBU）,Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Results About 7.9% subjects could be defined as IAD according to IADDS.The rate of boys with IAD was significantly higher than the rate of girls（P0.01）.The students poor of self-control were more easily addicted to the Internet than the students rich of self-control（P0.01）.Significant difference was found in all factors of EMBU except for factors of fathers＇ partiality and mother＇ s partiality between IAD and non-IAD group（P0.01）.IAD group had higher scores in all factors of SCL-90（P0.01）.The score of IADDS total was significantly correlated to some factors of parental rearing patterns and all factors of SCL-90（P0.01）.The risk factors of Internet addiction disorder included hostility,fathers＇ refusal and deny,paranoia,somatization,compulsion and mothers＇ refusal and deny（P0.01）.Conclusion Junior middle school students with IAD have bad parental rearing styles.Junior middle school students with IAD are in poor state of mental health and self-control.
