摘　　要：鸡病毒性关节炎病毒S1133株,在鸡胚成纤维细胞培养传代,至第6代后,细胞产毒效价明显提高,已达到了鸡胚培养的产毒水平。这为开发细胞培养工艺提供重要依据。Chicken Arthritis Virus S1133 Strain was propagated on CEF to sixth passage,the virus titre produced by cell was improved obviously,reached the virus titre that propagated on chicken embryo.It provided an important basis for the development to produce the vaccince with cell culture technology.
