新型促孕灌注液质量控制方法的研究

摘　　要：为了控制新中药制剂——新型促孕灌注液的质量,本研究用聚酰胺薄膜层析法鉴别了药剂中的淫羊藿和红花,用硅胶薄层层析法鉴别了药剂中的黄柏与益母草;用分光光度法测定了药剂中总生物碱和总黄酮的含量。结果,定性鉴别能从样品中检出相应的斑点;含量测定时,浓度与吸收度呈良好线性关系,重现性和稳定性都较好。In order to control the quality of Chinese herbal medicament known as new type of fertility\|promoting intrauterine infusion liquid(NFPL),epimedium and safflower,phellodendron bark and motherwort in the drug were identified by chromatography with polyamide film and silicea test thin layer respectively;the content of total alkaloids and flavon in NFPL were determined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that NFPL appeared corresponding spots with control sample in chromatogram;the selected concentration range of alkaloids and flavon with absorbance presented better linear relationship,reproducibility and stability.
