摘　　要：针对太原某啤酒厂采用UASB+CASS方法处理啤酒废水的工艺流程进行了介绍,分别阐述了该工艺的工作原理、处理过程、技术优点及相关参数的计算方法等内容,指出该工艺设备简单,造价低,可操作性强,值得推广。This paper introduces the brewery processing wastewater procedures in Taiyuan city with UASB＋CASS method,respectively describes the working principle,processing process,technological merits,and calculation methods of relevant parameters and so on,and points out the advantages of UASB＋CASS method,such as simple equipment,low cost,and operative.Therefore,it is worth promoting.
