摘　　要：以气象彩信的编辑与实现为重要基础,讨论了SMIL的基础知识、体系结构、编写规则等相关技术,最后对SMIL在制作气象彩信中的特性进行了分析。Taking editing and implementment of weather MMS as important foundation,the basics ,architecture ,editing rules of synchronized multimedia integration languag and other related technologies were discussed.Finally ,production characteristics of SMIL in the weather MMS were analyzed.
