摘  要:分别对鲁山杨和圣山杨的种子进行不同60Co-γ射线辐射剂量的照射,得到M1代和扦插后的植株,测定其生理指标,结果表明:随着60Co-γ射线辐射剂量的增加,叶片中CAT活性、可溶性蛋白含量与SOD活性均表现出先升后降的趋势,MDA含量表现为先降后升的趋势。可溶性蛋白含量、SOD活性的峰值均在50 Gy时出现;CAT活性的峰值鲁山杨在100 Gy时出现,圣山杨在200 Gy时出现;MDA含量最大值在250 Gy时出现。综合分析表明高剂量60Co-γ处理会显著降低植株的抗性。The seeds of Populus x liaoningensis Z.Wang et H.D.Chen cv.nov and Populus x gaixianesis Z.Wang et H.D.Chen sp.cv were respectively irradiated by 60Co-γ with different doses ,the M1 and cutting plants were obtained. Their physiological indexes were investigated ,the results were as follows:CAT activities,soluble protein contents and SOD activities of leaves increased firstly,followed by decline with the enhance of irradiation doses.Whereas, the opposite change trends were observed in MDA content. The maximum values of soluble protein contents and SOD activity occurred under treatment of 50 Gy, while, CAT activity of Pop ulus x liaoningensis Z.Wang et H.D.Chen cv.nov reached its maximum value under 100 Gy,the one ofPopulus × gaixianesis Z.Wang et H.D.Chen sp.cv was under 200 Gy.MDA contents of two poplars were the highest under 250 Gy. The results indicated that high irradiation doses decreased poplar resistance significantly.
