摘　　要：目的：探讨内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术术中配合及围手术期的护理.方法：观察61例胆总管结石患者经内镜行十二指肠乳头切开、网篮取石的围术期情况.结论：术中熟练配合及围术期护理可以提高手术成功率及减少并发症的发生.Objective：To discuss The Operational cooperation and Nursing Care of Endoscopic sphiucterotomy （EST）. Methods： We investigated the perioperative condition of EST in 61 cases with choledocholithiasis. Conclusion：Adequate perioperative care and skilled nursing collaboration during the operation can guarantee the success rate of operation and prevent complications.
