摘 要:目的:探讨MOTOmed智能运动训练系统对高龄脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢日常生活活动(ADL)能力的影响。方法:将20例脑卒中患者按随机数表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组10例。对照组患者采用常规康复训练方法,治疗组在此基础上,增加MOTOmed智能运动训练系统训练。治疗前和治疗6周后分别采用简式Fugl—Meyer评定量表、改良BartheI指数(MBI)、改良Ashworth评定患者的下肢功能、日常生活活动能力和下肢肌张力。结果:治疗后2组患者的日常生活活动能力均有明显改善(P〈0.05),治疗组效果优于对照组(P〈70.05)。下肢简式Fugl-Meyer评分与MBI评分呈正相关。结论:MOTOmed训练系统配合常规康复训练可较好的改善高龄脑卒中偏瘫患者下肢的日常生活活动能力。Objecttve:To investigate the effect of MOTOmed movement therapy on ability in the activities of daily living(ADL) of convalescing advanced age stroke patients' legs with hemiplegia. Methods: Twenty convalescent stroke patients exhibiting hemiplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 10 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training;the treatment group received MOTOmed training in addition. Muscle tension of all the patients was assessed using modified Ashworth, and the modified Barthel Index (Mt31) ; Fugl--Meyer was used to evaluation ADL ability and lower limb function at the beginning of the program and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results;There were significant differences before and after the treatment (P〈0.05). The score of MBI and FMA of the test group after treatment exceeded that of control group (P〈0.05). The score of the FMA and MBI were positively correlated. Conclusions:Applying MOTOmed therapy along with routine rehabilitation training can distinctly improve the ADL ability of advanced age hemiplegics' legs after stroke.
