小儿急性偏瘫后期康复治疗的重要性

摘　　要：目的：探讨后期康复治疗在小儿急性偏瘫治疗中的重要作用。方法：选取在温州各院治疗的小儿急性偏瘫患者30例，分为对照组和试验组两组，每组患者15例。对照组患者治疗过程中采用常规康复训练，但试验组定期对小儿进行运动疗法、言语疗法以及作业疗法，在治疗过程中加入矫形器协助康复训练。结果：两组患者在治疗后期通过康复治疗，身体各项机能均得到较好的提高，但在身体运动机能方面，试验组恢复效果明显优于对照组，患者后期言语的恢复、运动能力的恢复情况均较对照组训练成果好。两组患者的统计结果具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：小儿怠性偏瘫后期康复治疗过程对患者的身体机能恢复有重要作用，康复过程中借助矫形器进行恢复训练能更好的提高患者的康复速度及康复水平。Objective：Explore rehabilitation treatment in the late children acute hemiplegia treatment in an important role. Methods：Select the chil dren acute treatment in our hospital patients with hemiplegia 30 cases,divided into two groups in control and patients,each group has 15 cases, two groups of patients in the process of the conventional treatment are rehabilitation training. but patients to join orthopaedic implement assist rehabilitation training. The statistical results of two groups of patients with statistical significance（p〈0.05）. Results： Two groups of patients in the late treatment through rehabilitation therapy,the body of each function are to get a better improve, but in the body of motor function, restoring effect group was better than control,the range of motion of the late patients recover and fine motor ability CeLiangBiao scored higher than those in the control group. Conclusion：Children acute hemiplegia rehabilitation treatment processes on the late patients recover the body function of great importance. In the process of healing with orthopaedic implement restoration can better training increases patient recovery speed and rehabilitation level.
