摘　　要：介绍了基于GPIB接口和LabVIEW软件平台组建自动测试系统的方法。所设计的测试系统通过GPIB接口总线实现PC机与通用测试仪器之间的通讯和对仪器的控制。探讨了测试系统的硬件构成、应用程序设计思路及具体的实现方法。该系统已在某型装备分机测试中取得很好的效果,提高了测试的自动化程度、测试效率和精度,易于扩展。This paper introduced one automatic test system based on GPIB interface card and the platform of LabVIEW. This test system could achieve the communication between PC with universal test instruments for testing as well as control the testing devices through the GPIB interface. It described the hardware structure of the test system, the design methods of the program and the achievement methods. The system had already achieved perfect effects in the test of some type of equipment, which im- proved the automatic grade, test efficiency and precision, as well as easy to extend the function.
