地佐辛复合丙泊酚用于无痛人工流产疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察地佐辛与丙泊酚联合应用于无痛人工流产术的可行性.方法 将60例无痛人工流产患者随机分成A、B两组,每组30例.A组单用丙泊酚麻醉,B组应用地佐辛＋丙泊酚,静脉注射地佐辛5 mg后静脉注射丙泊酚.观察2组患者的苏醒时间、丙泊酚用量、并发症、术后宫缩痛VAS评分和患者留院观察时间.结果 与A组比较,B组患者丙泊酚的用量明显减少,患者苏醒时间缩短,镇痛效果良好,生命体征无明显变化,无不良反应的发生,术后宫缩痛VAS评分较低.结论 地佐辛复合丙泊酚应用于无痛人工流产术麻醉效果较好,值得临床推广应用.Objective To observe the feasibility of dezocine and propofol used in the painless induced abortion. Methods 60 patients undergoing induced abortion were randomly divided into A and B group （ n = 30 ）. Patients of group A were injected with propofol alone. Patients of group B accepted intravenously injection of dezocine 5 mg and a follow - up injection of propofol. Recovery time, dosage of propofol, incidence of complications, postoperative VAS scores and stay time in hospital of the two groups were recorded. Results Compared with group A, the dosages of propofol in patients of group B were significantly reduced, the recovery time were shorter, the analgesic effects were satisfying while vital signs did not change significantly before and after surgery. No adverse reactions occurred. Also the postoperative VAS pain scores of group B were lower than that of group A. Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia could be applicated in painless abortion and get better effects, and is worthy of clinical application.
