彩色及脉冲多普勒超声在糖尿病下肢动脉病变诊断中的应用

摘　　要：本文报告应用彩色及脉冲多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢动脉病变54例,均经临床确诊。并以31例正常人测值对照。彩色及脉冲多普勒以血管内径、血流量,加速度/减速度比值、血流峰值速度改变最为敏感。糖尿病病人下肢动脉内径、血流量均明显低于正常值(P<0.01);而加速度/减速度比值及血流峰值速度高于正常值(P<0.01)。彩色及脉冲多普勒超声可以定量估价糖尿病病人的下肢动脉功能、病变部位和程度。: This paper reports the application of color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound for investigation of the arterial pathological changes of the lower limbs of 54 diabetes mellitus patients. They were all diagnosed by clinic method. 31 .normal individuals served as control. The result showed that the interior diameter and volume flow of the arteries were all significantly lower than that of the control (P< 0.01), while the acceleration/ deceleration ratios and the peck forward velocity were significantly higher (F< 0.01). It is concluded that color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound can quantitatively evaluate the arterial function, and the location of the .pathologic changes of the lower limbs of the diabetes mellitus patients.
