铜绿假单胞菌注射液对结肠部分切除大鼠免疫系统影响的研究

摘　　要：目的观察铜绿假单胞菌注射液对大结肠部分切除大鼠免疫系统的影响并探讨其机制。方法 60只SD大鼠,随机均分为3组,每组20只,均行结肠部分切除再吻合术。A:模型对照组;B:铜绿假单胞菌注射液(皮下注射)组;C:5-Fu(皮下注射)组。术后10d检测围手术期死亡率、吻合口漏的发生率、外周血淋巴细胞计数及吻合口组织的病理学形态。方法各组围手术期死亡率、吻合口漏的发生率、外周血淋巴细胞计数、吻合口组织的炎性细胞分布及淋巴系统的超显微结构均具有明显差异。结论铜绿假单胞菌注射液可提高机体免疫状态,降低吻合口漏的发生,减少围手术期死亡率,有望成为围手术期患者良好的辅助用药。[Objective] To study the affection of pseudoalonas aeruginosa injection on the iammne system of colonic anastomosis rat. [Methods] 60 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups with 20 rats for each, underwent colon resection and anastomosis. A： control group; B： pseudomonas aemginosa injection （subcutaneous injection） group; C： 5-Fu （subcutaneous injection） group. After 10 days, the mortality rate in pefioperative period, anasto- tootle leakage rate, peripheral lymphocyte, anastomotie tissue pathology was detected. [ Results] The mortality rate in perioperative period, anastomotie leakage rate, peripheral lymphocyte and the Uhrastructure of the lymphatic system ware all different. [ Conclusion] Pseudomonas aeruginosa injection can improve the immune status, reducing the incidence of anastomotic leakage and the mortality rate in perioperative period. It is expected to become a good adjuvant of patients in perioperative period.
