星状神经节阻滞治疗脑供血不足性头晕的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节阻滞治疗脑供血不足性头晕的临床疗效。方法将该院收治的85例脑供血不足性头晕患者随机分为两组,对照组42例患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组43例患者采用星状神经节阻滞治疗,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为81.0%,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组血液流变学改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论星状神经节阻滞治疗脑供血不足性头晕临床效果满意,能够明显改善患者的血液流变学,且不良反应少,值得临床关注。[ Objective ] To investigate the clinical effects of the treatrnent of cerebrovascular insufficiency dizziness by stellate ganglion block. [ Methods ] 85 patients of cerebrovascular insufficiency dizziness were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （42 cases） treated by conventional therapy and the observation group （43 cases） treated by stellate ganglion block, and the efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. [Results ] With a total effective rate of 97.7% in observation group and 81.0% in control group, there was a significant differ- ence between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. The improvement of blood rheology in observation group was significant higher than that in control group （P 〈0.01）. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. [Conclusion] With a satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of cerebrovaseular insufficiency dizziness, a significant improvement in the hemorheology of patients and fewer complications, stellate ganglion block is worth popularizing.
