彩色多普勒血流显象对二尖瓣狭窄闭式分离术疗效的定量分析

摘　　要：为探索无创性定量评价二尖瓣狭窄(MS)闭式分离术疗效的新方法,本文应用彩色多普勒血流显象技术,在36例患者中测定了手术前后跨二尖瓣最大压差(PG)的变化。结果表明:手术后PG显著降低(P<0.001),MS程度显著减轻。结论认为:①二尖瓣闭式分离术显著缓解MS的血流梗阻程度;②彩色多普勒血流显象技术是评价手术疗效的可靠方法。In order to explore a new method of quantitatively evaluating the effect of mitral com-missurotomy (MC), maximal transvalvular mitral pressure gradient (PG) before and after the operation was measured with color Doppler flow imaging (CUFI) in 36 patients. The results showed that PG after MC remarkably decreased (P< 0.001), severity of mitral stenosis obviously lightened. It is concluded that MC could notably relax the obstructive degree of mitral stenosis. CDFI is a reliable method of assessing the effect of heart operation.
