摘　　要：本文报道了55例经手术、病理证实的乳腺肿物的超声显象诊断。超声诊断符合病理结果者48例,符合率为87.3％,良性符合率为85.7％,恶性符合率为88.8％。对乳腺良、恶性肿物超声显象表现和误诊原因进行了讨论及分析。Fifty five cases of breast tumor were diagnosed by ultrasonography and confirmed by operation and pathological examination. The overall conforming rate was 87.3%. (48/55),. while 85.7% and 88.8% for benign and malignant respectively. Manifestations of both benign and malignant breast tumors were discussed and the causes of misdiagnosis were also analysed.
